The seminar, which took place from January 28th to 31st, aimed at providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the operations of the various divisions within the Administrative Department of the Authority.

“A great mind thinks about ideas, an average mind thinks about objects, and a small mind thinks about people. So, do not be part of the last group, instead, strive to be among the great minds who constantly generate new ideas for the organization. There are only a few who make things happen, so please be one of them,” Ing. Lamptey added.

The Acting Chief Executive advised the engineers to expedite the process of obtaining their professional certification, which would enable them to work independently and secure postings to their preferred divisions. He also encouraged them to dress professionally, emphasizing that one’s appearance influences how they are perceived and valued.

The newly inducted engineers received two certificates; one for successfully   completing the 23-month Engineers' Induction Training Program and another for participating in the administrative seminar.
