It is with great pleasure that we announce the confirmation of Ing. Christian Nti as the Chief Executive of our esteemed organization.

Until his confirmation, he had held the position in an acting capacity for almost two(2) years. Following a thorough and rigorous interview process, the Public Services Commission in consultation with the President of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo.

Dankwa Akufo Addo, unanimously approved Ing. Christian Nti to lead the Ghana Highway Authority into a new era of growth and success.

Ing. Nti brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of exceptional leadership in his career as a Civil Engineer. His wide knowledge of the industry, strategic acumen, and capacity to drive innovation make him the ideal choice to steer GHA to new heights. Throughout his career, Ing. Christian Nti, has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

He has a deep understanding of GHA’s values, vision, and mission, and he is dedicated to upholding and advancing organizational core principles. Under his guidance, we the members of staff of GHA, are confident that our organization will thrive in this rapidly evolving market. His vision, combined with his ability to inspire and empower teams, will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

We would also like to extend congratulatory messages to our Acting Deputy Chief Executives and all other Acting Directors who successfully went through the interview to be confirmed. Their remarkable contributions before their confirmation are much appreciated.
